our adopted charity for this year. Actionnaires help partially sighted children from the age of 4 years –actively taking part in all sports, locally and based at Ashford.

Book your team at a cost of £3 a head to include a jumbo hotdog for your light supper!  Cash prize to winning team and hopefully a substantial start to our charity fundraising for 2010!

Foley Farm Barn Accommodation
The George is proud to announce the opening of their new accommodation at Foley Farm Barn.  This tranquil setting is just a few minutes from the pub and a short walk into Leeds Castle grounds.

The barn dates back to King Henry VIII's time and is built from the timber and stone remains of the ancient Augustinian Priory, its site located nearby, this was destroyed by the King during the dissolution of monasteries.

The accommodation consists of 4 double rooms, all with en suite facilities, a complimentary continental breakfast is also included.  There is ample parking on site, the cost is just £59 per room per night.
